This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to this website and its subdomains (the “Site”) through which LEJILEX, Inc., a Texas corporation (“LEJILEX”, “we”, and/or “us”) may provide information and content, and it explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site (a “user” or “you”), including Personal Information (defined below) and how we use it.

Modification

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes to this Policy by sending notice to the primary email address you provided to us and by prominent notice on our website. Significant changes will go into effect thirty (30) days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. Collection of Personal Information

Please note that Personal Information that is aggregated or anonymized such that it can no longer be used to identify you is not considered Personal Information.

We will collect and process the following types of information about you where you have given us your consent, where necessary for the performance of a contract with you (such as our Terms of Service, found here, and where we have legitimate interests permitted by law:

a. Directly Provided. We collect Personal Information whenever you provide it directly to us by filling out a form (such as by providing your email to us to be updated on our products and services) or communicating directly with us (such as by sending us an email or messaging us on social media).

b. Social Media Information. When you interact with us on social media sites like Twitter or Medium, or any other LEJILEX-affiliated social media account (“Social Media Pages”), we will collect the Personal Information you provide to us as well as any Personal Information publicly accessible on your social media profile or otherwise accessible to us through that interaction. In addition, the service providers that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with information and analytics regarding your interactions with our Social Media Pages.

c. Technical Information. When you visit, use, and interact with our Site, we may receive certain technical information related to your engagement with the Site or Services (“Technical Information”), such as your IP address, browser information, mobile device ID number, other information about the device you use in the interaction; and usage information, such as time of visit, which pages you visited, the domains through which you accessed our site, browser information and settings, frequency and types of actions you take on the site, log data, and similar usage information we may generate by aggregating such information. Technical Information may also include information collected from Cookies and Tracking Technologies as described in more detail below.

We use the Personal Information we collect to provide to

Protection of LEJILEX and Others

We will also share Personal Information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of LEJILEX if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of your Personal Information is reasonably necessary to detect or protect against fraud or security issues, enforce our terms of use, meet any enforceable government request, defend against legal claims, or protect against harm our legal rights or safety.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The safety and security of your Personal Information also depends on you. Your Choices

Changing or Deleting Your Personal Data. All users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information furnished by a user in their user account (including any imported contacts) by contacting us at admin@lejilex.com. For your protection, we may only share and update the Personal Information associated with the specific email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before doing so. We will try to comply with such requests in a reasonably timely manner. If you completely and permanently delete all of your Personal Information, then your user account may become deactivated. If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so through your account page, and any personally identifiable information associated with your account will be deleted as soon as is reasonably practical or as required by applicable law. Please note that we may retain information that is otherwise deleted in anonymized and aggregated form, in archived or backup copies as required pursuant to records retention obligations, or otherwise as required by law. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Download or Access Personal Information. You can ask us for a copy of your Personal Information and can ask for a copy of Personal Information you provided in machine readable form by emailing us at admin@lejilex.com.

Opting Out of Email Communications. We may use some of the information we collect for marketing purposes, including to send you promotional communications about new LEJILEX features, products, services, events, or other opportunities. If you wish to stop receiving these communications or to opt out of use of your information for these purposes, please follow the opt-out instructions, such as clicking "Unsubscribe" (or similar opt-out language) in those communications. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a Do Not Track signal to websites and other online services you visit. We do not alter our practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from a visitor’s browser because we do not track our visitors to provide targeted advertising.
